Our commitment

Mignuti Chatbot is designed and continuously tested to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The embeddable widget — which end-users interact with most — treats accessibility as a first-class product feature.

What we do

• Keyboard navigation: Full widget operation via Alt+C, Tab, Enter, Shift+Enter, Escape.
• Screen readers: role="dialog", aria-modal="true", aria-live="polite" for streaming tokens.
• Focus management: Focus trap inside the dialog, return-focus to launcher on close.
• Touch targets: Minimum 44×44 px (WCAG 2.5.5).
• Contrast: 4.5:1 minimum throughout the widget; admin dashboard defaults to dark theme with the same guarantee.
• Motion: All animations respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Language: lang attribute set per message when a different language is detected.
• Automated testing: axe-core runs on every CI build; violations fail the build.

Known limitations

Charts on the analytics page currently lack a "view as table" toggle (planned for v0.5). Screen-reader users can export CSV in the meantime.
