Where is data stored?
Database + all platform data in Frankfurt, LLM fallback in Stockholm. The primary LLM runs with Anthropic (USA) — safeguarded by the EU-US DPF + SCCs, with personal data automatically redacted beforehand. DPA available from sign-up.
How do you prevent hallucinations?
The bot only answers from your content — no internet access. Every answer shows numbered sources. Low-confidence answers are returned as “I don’t know” by default.
