No. Mignuti Chatbot answers ONLY from your uploaded exposés. If the question isn't covered, the bot says so and captures the lead.
What about GDPR? Our prospects are private individuals.
Mignuti Chatbot's platform data is EU-hosted (Frankfurt); AI responses run via Anthropic (USA, EU-US DPF + EU SCCs) with automatic PII redaction beforehand. It ships a permanent EU AI-Act disclosure (contractually fixed in our TOS) and exports a GDPR-Readiness-Report for your compliance officer.
Can we use it for multiple listings?
