Mignuti Chatbot

Use case · trades

Chatbot for tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, painters) — service-area, emergency hours, fixed-price quotes

The problem

A 5-person Klempner-Betrieb gets 40 calls/day during heating-season — half are 'do you cover Heidelberg or only Mannheim', 'how soon can you come', 'do you do gas + water or only water'. The Meister can't focus on actual work, and emergencies after hours just hit voicemail.

How Mignuti Chatbot solves it

Upload service-area-PLZ-list, price-list (Festpreise + Stundensatz), specialties. Mignuti Chatbot handles intake-triage 24/7 + emergency-routing (after-hours: 'we charge €120 emergency-fee'-disclosure + lead-capture). Forwards qualified leads via SMS/Slack/email to the Meister. The bot respects the Meister-Pflicht of the Handwerksordnung — no binding commitments are issued by the bot itself.

Example questions

FAQ

Can the bot give an installation quote?

Only for items in your fixed-price-list (e.g. 'Steckdose neu installieren — €89 Pauschale'). Anything outside (custom installations, multi-trade jobs) routes to 'we need to inspect on-site — please book an appointment'. Bot never invents prices, only quotes from your uploaded Preisliste.

How does emergency-routing work after-hours?

Bot detects emergency-keywords (water, fire, gas, smoke, leck, brennt) → immediately surfaces emergency-disclosure ('Notdienst kostet €120 Anfahrt + Stundensatz') + collects address + phone + describes problem. Forwarded via SMS to Bereitschafts-Handy. Optionally rings 5min later with auto-confirmation.

What about §1 Handwerksordnung — Meister-Pflicht?

The bot doesn't perform any work — it only intakes leads. Meister-Pflicht is unaffected. Bot explicitly disclaims: 'Endpreis verbindlich erst nach Vor-Ort-Termin' (final price binding only after on-site inspection).
