Can the bot upsell or close membership contracts directly?

v1.0: bot generates a personalized quote (based on tier-PDFs you upload), captures contact + preferred-tier + start-date, forwards to your sales-Inbox. Closing happens face-to-face per Fernabsatz-Widerrufsrecht §312g BGB (14-day-revocation window for online contracts is a legal complication; on-site closing avoids it).

Does it work with our existing membership system?

Webhook-API delivers structured lead-payloads (name, email, tier-interest, source-UTM) to any HTTP-endpoint. Native integrations with Magicline, Aidoo and Sport-Norm are on the v0.5 roadmap. Until then: any team that handles webhooks (most modern systems) is wired in 30 minutes.

What about minors signing up?

The bot collects DOB during lead-capture and routes anyone under 18 to 'parental signature required — please come in with a parent'. Minderjährigen-Compliance per BGB §107 ist im System-Prompt verankert.
